i try to do yoga to keep in shape. But all the walking in the mall, while looking for presents, will keep me slim just as well:)

I spent 3 hours on Thanksgiving raking and blowing leaves (that sounds kind of dirty, doesn't it) and that helps me to keep in shape (if you take the definition of shape loosely)

I park as far away as possible. Oh and I keep healthy snacks in my desk at work, in the glove box in the car and in my coat pocket. Any time I get hungry, oh look...some almonds! Woo hoo!

I run four days a week, except when it's really windy and cold, then I get on my bike trainer. It's been too windy and cold the past week...I swim on Saturdays at the gym. Trying to get up to two miles. My longest swim in 2000 meters to date. I'm getting there though...

I run 3 days a week as well as weight training, and try to go more often. I'm trying to get my wife to go with me more than once a week, so maybe new shoes will help her :)

I'm a graduate student who works almost full time so I WALK everywhere that I can from work to class, class to the library, so on and so forth. When I do have time to workout its usually on the my bike even in the tons of snow here in NW PA! After finals I'll be in the schools gym most mornings hitting the weights and on the treadmill.

Becuase I know I like to eat and more and more parties are happening now. I've committed to running 3 miles every morning before work, outside when the weather permits otherwise on my treadmill. My goal is to get through the holidays with putting on an add'l pound. Just 29 more days to go...........

Well I keep in shape by walking my dog over a 1/4 of a mile 4 times a day...with this habit I always find myself carrying doggie bags to pick up after him whenever I go out the door. It's kind of embarassing to explain why I am carrying a bunch of plastic baggies in my back pocket at times, cus I am so used to having them in my back pocket that I forget to leave them at home.

I've begun doing yoga and running a few times a week. Unfortunately, I don't have much time to exercise.

I jump on my stationary bike whenever my favorite shows are on, go to the gym, or try to get outside on the weekends for a walk or run if it is not raining.

I'm always running. As long as I have gloves I'll run outside, rain or shine. It doesn't hurt that the Pacific Northwest stays pretty mild though.

I either ride my bike or walk everywhere in my town. It's small so I don't have to walk for hours to get to the grocery store.

I take full advantage of the babysitting at the Y! I probably exercise MORE over the holidays to take a break from the kids while they're on vacation.
