Just because the Black Friday & Cyber Monday savings are over (and odds are, you haven't quite finished your holiday shopping), doesn't mean you can't save big at major retailers. Thanks to "Heroes" star Greg Grunberg, you can get exclusive deals at stores (Crate & Barrel, anyone?) with the click (or touch) of a button.

When he isn't playing the telepathic/mind-controlling cop Matt Parkman on NBC's "Heroes," Grunberg is busy at work on Yowza!!, the money saving mobile application he co-created. Yowzaa!! uses software in your phone to tell you what deals you can take advantage of based on your location.

Picture this: You walk into a mall, whip out your phone and get a list of exclusive bargains at partnering stores in your area. Coupons -- some not available anywhere else -- appear right on your phone's screen. At checkout, you present the clerk with your phone and score your deal. Wouldn't that be cool?

That's exactly what Yowza!! does.

"We've taken all of the work out of finding the best deals," says Grunberg, who understands that everyone is looking for ways to save. "I don't care if you have money or not. You want to hold onto it and you're looking for deals." Besides savings at local retailers, users can score bargains at chains like Sears, Toys R Us, Pier 1 and Domino's Pizza.

Grunberg got the idea for Yowza!! while shopping with his wife and three children. Like so many of us, he arrived at the store only to realize he had forgotten his 20 percent off coupon. "I thought 'Why doesn't somebody use the location based software in my phone so I can press one button to bring the coupons to me?" Grunberg tells Holidash. "I don't want want to do all the work. I'm the one spending the money." A fan of technology, Grunberg took to his Twitter account where he met his future partner, August Trometer. Six months later, Yowza!! was live.

The Yowza!! app currently has over 200 brands and merchants in 15,000 locations offering exclusive deals through the app, and those numbers are growing every day. According to the official website for Yowza!!, users have already saved over $230,000. Previously only available for iPhones and the iPod touch, platforms for Android and Blackberry are in the works (users can access the service by downloading the WHERE app and keeping an eye out for the Yowsa!! button).

A regular user of the app himself, Grunberg got one of his "Heroes" co-stars hooked on Yowza!! "Zachary Quinto does not shop anywhere without using Yowza!!" Grunberg tells Holidash. Who knew Sylar was that big into savings?

Besides saving people money, Grunberg plans on having a happy holiday vacation at home, relaxing and spending quality time with his family. "It becomes major, major pajama time for us," he tells Holidash. "If we are healthy, we're definitely going to Disneyland and Universal Studios."
