February 7 is the day that many people will blow their New Year's resolution to eat healthy. That's because February 7 is Super Bowl Sunday, a day when day many of us will find ourselves sitting in front of the television gobbling pizza, hot wings and chips. But Super Bowl parties and healthy food need not be mutually exclusive. It's just as easy to prepare a healthy menu as it is to whip up some fattening foods.
