Hair
The Katy Perry transformation begins with your hair. Perry has been spotted in both a lavender wig and a long teal blue wig. For a less extreme look, mimic Perry's dark hair with a black bob wig. Add Perry's favorite hair accessory, a flower hair clip, behind your ear.
Russell Brand's look requires long stringy hair. he has to start out with longer dark hair. Pick up a wig (we like the Shag Brown Wig and the Medium Straight Layered Page Dark Brown Wig). Cut a longer wig into Brand's trademark shoulder length shaggy cut.
Makeup
Katy Perry's makeup is all about color. Start with a good layer of foundation to get Perry's clean skin look. Next, play up your eyes. Katy likes to rock the cat eye look. Line your eyes on the top and bottom and create an upward motion in the corners with a dark eye liner. Add is some fake lashes to really make your eyes stand out.
