Using scissors, cut black mask as shown. Enlarge holes with a hole punch. Cut black ribbon and half and thread through holes, tying off the end closest to the mask to create two ties.

Cut two small triangle "ears" out of grey felt and hot glue to the back side of the mask.

Make black stripes on sock with electrical tape. Wrap tape around the sock, smoothing with your finger as you go so that the fabric doesn't bunch up underneath. Create stripes 2-3 inches apart,

Stuff sock. You can use batting or tissue.

Safety pin the tail to black leggings or pants; add a gray top. Draw whiskers on with an eyebrow pencil.
