Step 1
Cover whatever surface you're using as a kids table with Kraft paper, whether it's a high countertop, a small folding table, or a special kids table. Wrap it like you would a present, using enough paper to cover well past the edges of the table. Use the double stick tape to get it just so.

Using a small dinner plate or kid's plate as a template, use the Sharpie marker to trace a small circle. This is a place setting for however many kids will be sitting at the kids table. Repeat as many times as you need to fill the table. This is where your creativity comes in. Trace a space for a glass, trace silverware, whatever your little heart desires.

Set the table with a small container filled with coloring utensils in the middle for the smallest Thanksgiving guests to enjoy.
Step 4
Sit back and sigh with the satisfaction that can only come from being very, very clever.
