Supplies:
Plain canvas tote bag
1/4 yard Iron-on adhesive
1/4 yard patterned fabric
Coordinating thread
Spring animal template (you can print a chick, lamb or bunny).
Paper + fabric scissors
To make the tote bag:
1. Cut out animal template. (you can print a chick, lamb or bunny). Note: If you are having trouble printing, check your browser. Printing works best when using Mozilla Firefox. Be sure not to zoom in on the image.
2. Iron on adhesive to back of fabric following the package directions
3. Trace animal template onto wrong-side of patterned fabric and cut out. Place animal onto tote and iron on.
5. Use a zig-zag stitch around animal to secure.

when I tried to print the templates, they came out too big and I got only hind quarters of animals. Would need 4 pages to make complete animal, but it did not even print the whole animal.

These are disappointgly cheesy. Really crappy bags don't look better than "boring" wicker baskets. I'll take the baskets any day over these things. Craft fail!
