Supplies:
Wooden picture frame, the flatter the better
1/4" yard printed fabric
Ruler
Pencil
Scissors
Stapler
Directions:
1. Remove glass and backing from frame. Lay fabric wrong-side up. Lay frame wrong-side up. Use a ruler to measure and mark fabric 1" from the edges of the frame.
2. Cut out fabric with scissors.
3. Stretch fabric over frame. Start at one of the short ends in the middle, use stapler to secure fabric to the frame. Then move to the edges pulling the fabric taut as you go. Continue onto the other short end. Then do the long sides, stretching as you go, always starting in the middle and working your way to the edges.
4. Cut a large "X" in the middle of the frame from corner to corder with scissors. Fold the triangles of fabric over the frame edges.
5.Staple the triangle ends to the back of the frame. Trim any excess fabric. Wipe glass clean and place into frame. This should pull the fabric extra tight against the frame.
6. Put in photo.
